In chronic pain, the cause is often not where it hurts. A painful knee may have its origin in metabolism, in the gut or in an old scar. Systemic Orthopaedics reads the whole system, and it can do so remotely too, because most of the diagnostic tools in the protocol do not require a physical visit.

1. Book and pay online. Choose a day and time from the calendar. The €110 payment is taken at booking, and you immediately receive a confirmation email with the Zoom link.
2. Send me your records, if you have them. Reports from previous visits and tests (X-rays, MRI scans, ultrasounds, blood tests): send them by email or WhatsApp, ideally a few days in advance. They are not required, but they let me spend the session on you rather than on reading documents.
3. We meet on Zoom for 45 minutes. We go through your medical history, I apply the systemic protocol and we define the action plan together.
4. You receive your report and invoice as PDFs, by email or WhatsApp, as you prefer. For one month after the session, or until your follow-up, you can message me on WhatsApp with questions about your treatment plan.
Who is this evaluation for?

A concrete example of how it works.
A patient with shoulder pain for several months, which woke him at night and limited his movement. He had been diagnosed with a tendon injury. He had already tried medication and a course of shockwave therapy, with only partial benefit.
We carried out the first assessment online, starting from his history and the reports he already had. The systemic protocol revealed a metabolic pattern that, in my judgement, was hindering the healing of the tendon. The recommendations: temporarily excluding certain foods and targeted supplementation.

Can I really solve an orthopaedic problem with an online visit?
It depends on the type of problem. For chronic pain that hasn’t responded to standard treatments, an online assessment is often enough to identify the cause and define a concrete action plan. Most of the tools in the systemic protocol do not require a physical visit. If your case needs a hands-on physical examination, I will tell you clearly and explain how to proceed.
How much does it cost and how does payment work?
The on-line assessment lasts 45 minutes and costs €110. Payment is taken at booking through the online booking system, and you receive a confirmation email with the Zoom link. The invoice is issued by me as a doctor registered in Spain.
What platform are we visiting with? Do I need to install anything?
The assessment takes place on Zoom. You can participate directly from the browser on your computer or phone without installing anything, or download the free Zoom app for a better experience. The link to the link is sent to you in the confirmation email after booking.
Are you a real physician? What are your credentials?
I am a medical surgeon specializing in Orthopaedics and Traumatology, registered with the OMCEO of Treviso (No. 05044) and the Colegio de Médicos of Santa Cruz de Tenerife (No. 38.38.08256). I have worked as a trauma surgeon for 8 years and have been integrating orthopedics with applied kinesiology, neural therapy, clinical nutrition and acupuncture for over 20 years.
What if I need an in-person visit after the assessment?
If the need for a physical examination emerges during or after the online assessment, we will look together for the most suitable solution: a clinic visit in San Fior (TV) or Tenerife, or a qualified professional in your area. I will not leave you without a concrete way forward.
Can I reschedule or cancel?
You can reschedule up to 24 hours before the appointment, directly from the link in your confirmation email. If you can’t find a suitable date, message me on WhatsApp. After that, the session is considered held, even if you don’t connect.
What do I receive after the session?
Your report and invoice as PDFs, by email or WhatsApp, as you prefer. For one month after the session, or until your follow-up, you can message me on WhatsApp with questions about your treatment plan.
Which time zone are the times shown in?
The calendar shows times in the time zone of the device you book from. If you book from another country, check that the time matches when you will be connecting.
